Dan founded the SJP in 1999 while pursuing a bachelors degree in music from Ithaca College, and is currently studying for his Masters of music at the University of Maryland. Dan has performed at the premiere jazz ensembles at both schools and studied saxophone with the heavyweights of the field: Steve Mauk and Chris Vadala. He also performed with Frankie Valley & The Four Seasons and was a member of the 2001 Walt Disney Collegiate All-Stars. Having recently returned from performances in Rio de Janiero, Brazil, Dan has spent the Summer of 2002 playing at Busch Gardens in Virginia.

Bob has played with The Four Tops, Andy Williams, The Temptations, Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons, Connie Francis, Engelbert Humperdinck, Regis Philbin, Phyllis
Diller, Jerry Vale, Al Martino, Eddie Fischer, and The Hudson Valley Philharmonic, as well as having conducted for George Burns at West Point. His arrangements include work for Don McLean and jazz ensembles throughout the U.S., both professional and academic. Bob has led, composed, and arranged for two outstanding jazz groups in the Hudson Valley: Mosaic and Sax Life (of which he is the founder). He has two original albums to his credit: Shaut's Thoughts and Yo! Say 'men To Dis! Currently, he has been commissioned by the City of Kingston, NY to compose a piece in honor of its 350th anniversary.
